When You Only Focus On Saving Money Without Seeing the Bigger Picture

Some people often focus on saving money so much that they tend to overlook the bigger picture of why they need to save money to begin with.

Unless the above is just a one-time event, prioritising how much money is saved by replacing a healthy option with an unhealthy one is a foolish idea.

Therefore, instead of focusing on saving money per se, we need to look at the bigger picture. We should be looking at the consequences in the long run. 

When money is treated as more important than health, health will suffer. When health suffers, more money is needed to recuperate it.

The bad news is sometimes it’s too late to bring the health back to where it was.

The good news is, now we can start to be aware of how we save money and see the bigger picture. In the long run, we’re most likely free from unnecessary health issues caused by unhealthy eating as a result of short-term focus on trying to save money.
